Batata Wada (Aloo Bonda)
Ingredients:
Potatoes, chick pea flour, toasted wheat crumbs (wheat flour enriched with niacin, ferrous sulphate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, sugar, yeast, salt), corn flour, green chilies, salt, spices, canola oil, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, turmeric powder, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), asafetida.
Facts:
- Bombay style snack.
- Spiced mashed potatoes are dipped in chickpea batter, deep fried to a golden shade and served with mint-coriander chutney or garlic chutney.
- Potatoes coated with chick pea flour batter, lightly spiced and fried to perfection.
- Ideal for Vada paav.
